Senior HR Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment with expertise in bulk hiring, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and delivering results within tight timelines (TAT). This role requires excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and experience in both technical and non-technical hiring across lateral and vertical levels.

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, for both lateral and vertical roles in tech and non-tech domains.
  • Handle bulk hiring requirements and deliver results within the specified TAT.
  • Utilize free and paid job portals, social media platforms, and other sourcing channels to attract and engage top talent.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with role requirements.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Negotiate salary packages and benefits with candidates while adhering to budgetary constraints.
  • Supervise and mentor junior recruiters, ensuring team alignment with hiring goals.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases, providing regular reports on hiring progress.
  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand job requirements and strategize recruitment plans.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment, including bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and vertical hiring.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using free and paid job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Expertise in hiring across technical and non-technical roles.
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure talent within budgetary limits.
  • Team handling experience with the ability to mentor and guide junior recruiters.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address hiring challenges.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
