Shift: 6 PM to 3 AM | Hybrid Model (International Process)
Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and target-driven International Sales Executive with strong experience in the service-based industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently achieving sales targets, maintaining strong client relationships, and dealing confidently with international clients, specifically from the US, Canada and UK markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on the provided leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.
- Independently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with international clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records and regularly update the CRM system.
- Stay updated with market and industry trends to build strategic sales approaches.
Required Experience & Skills
- 2–4 years of international sales experience in a service-based industry (mandatory).
- Experience in selling Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) or Accounting/Finance/Taxation services will be considered an added advantage.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets independently.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to plan and execute sales activities effectively.
- Proactive attitude with strong client-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to interact with international clients confidently and professionally.
