Human Resource Intern
We have openings for enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship cum Job opportunity. As an HR Intern, you will be involved in various aspects of human resources, gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, operations, and general HR functions. This internship provides an opportunity to contribute to end-to-end HR processes, with a focus on data entry and maintaining accurate employee records. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and a passion for human resources.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Drafting job descriptions for open positions.
- Posting job openings on various platforms.
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating communication with candidates.
Employee Records and Databases:
- Assisting in maintaining accurate employee records.
- Ensuring confidentiality of employee information.
- Inputting data into HR databases and systems.
Paperwork and Documentation:
- Supporting in the preparation of employment contracts and offer letters.
- Assisting with performance evaluation processes.
- Ensuring all HR paperwork is accurately completed and filed.
Administrative Support:
- Handling filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks.
- Assisting with data entry and document management.
- Maintaining organized and efficient office systems.
Employee Engagement:
- Participating in the organization of employee engagement activities.
- Contributing ideas for initiatives to promote a positive work culture.
- Assisting with communication and coordination for employee engagement programs.
Learning and Development:
- Gaining exposure to various HR functions and processes.
- Participating in training opportunities to develop HR skills.
- Receiving mentorship and guidance from HR professionals.

Good Communication:

Job Types: Full-time (11am to 8pm)
